The story of Sabor Do Brasil
Patricia shares the real cuisine of Brazil in the Lot

Patricia, the cook
Patricia Fernandes Descherre was born in Brazil, in the state of Pará, in the heart of the Amazon. She grew up between the colourful markets of Belém, the Ver-o-Peso, and the family recipes passed down by her mother and grandmothers. Living in France for several years, she kept her cooking for her close circle for a long time. Until the day she decided to open her food truck to share Brazilian flavours, especially those from the North, with the whole Lot.
My values
100% homemade
Every dish is made by hand, the same morning, with fresh ingredients and family Brazilian recipes.
Authenticity
Spices, oils, fruit pulps — I source authentic Brazilian products. No 'French version' of Brazilian cooking here.
Closeness
I know my customers by name. It's a local food truck, for the people of the Lot, with a smile on top.
True flavours
Crispy coxinha, slow-cooked feijoada, golden pastel: real Brazilian street food, like in Belém or Salvador.
« Je propose aussi des boissons fraîches avec des spécialités brésiliennes, pareil pour les glaces. »

Where we are, where we're going
Today: permanent food truck at Parc Tassart in Cahors, touring across the Lot, at local markets and events.
