I was born in Brazil. I grew up between colourful markets and the recipes my grandma cooked every Sunday for the whole family.
Today, I cook those same dishes in my green-and-yellow truck. No shortcuts, nothing pre-made: everything is prepped by hand, in the morning, with the ingredients that make real Brazilian food.
Come say hi, I'll tell you the story behind every dish. And if you've never tasted Brazilian food, I'll show you what the real Brazil tastes like on a plate.

White cheese cream with guava jam. Brazil's most iconic pairing.

Pure Amazon açaí sorbet. Antioxidant, fresh, addictive.

Fresh maracujá sorbet. Tangy, sunny, vibrant.

Tapioca cream with condensed milk. The childhood dessert of every Brazilian.

The smell of the Ver-o-Peso market at dawn, the damp heat of the Amazon, slow-cooked tucupi and jambu that tingles on your tongue. The flavours of Northern Brazil that Patricia carries to Cahors, straight from her native Pará.
